Daily maintenance

1.Each spindle of the chain belt has a lubricating point, and it must be lubricated to keep the chain link flexible.

2.If the dust scraping rubber plate on the chain falls off, it shall be supplemented in time.

3 .The belt of the vertical milling unit shall be properly adjusted for tightness. After adjustment, the pressing belt still has elasticity to avoid excessive tension. The elongation of the belt shall be controlled within 0.6% ~ 0.8%.

4.Check whether the worm gear reducer has oil leakage,and oil level . it should be injected oil when oil level is under oil immersion lens .

5.Regularly check whether the power  towing hawser and cable are worn, and handle it in time if any.

6.Irregularly check whether the emergency stop button works.

7.Regularly check the electrical components for damage and leakage.
